Jack Rubel is an experienced natural-light nature photographer
who uses both medium-format film and 35mm digital cameras.
He specializes in close-up photography,
but also loves to photograph flowers, bugs, bees, and other little creatures, and unusual landscapes.
Jack's purpose in creating an image is to give viewers a perspective
that they cant obtain with their naked eyes.
In the medium format department, Jack is using a Pentax
67II with the 135mm macro lens.
Jack shoots with Provia 100F for unsaturated images
and with Velvia or Kodak 100vs for saturated images.
In the digital arena, Jack uses a Canon D5 with a Canon D10 as backup -
with a wide assortment of lenses.
Feel free to write: I
love hearing from visitors.
Warmly,
Jack
